Fast National ratings for Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2010

It was a quiet Thanksgiving Eve on Wednesday night, with another soft night for the networks. "Human Target DVD," which premiered last week and introduced new female characters, lost over a million viewers in its second episode. It was a night of reruns and recap episodes, and with the day before Thanksgiving being a popular night for both traveling and bar-hopping, its no surprise that the only show to break a 3.0 in the key demo was "Modern Family DVD" with a 3.7.

CBS averaged 8.1 million viewers and a 4.9/9 share in households . ABC (7.4 million, 4.4/8)  beat FOX (5.3 million, 3.0/5) for second place. NBC took fourth with 5.2 million viewers and a 3.0/5, while The CW came in with 1.4 million viewers and a 0.9/2.

In the adults 18-49 demo, ABC led with a 2.3 rating. FOX was in second with a 1.8, followed by CBS with 1.7, NBC with 1.6, and The CW with a 0.5.
